Last week my dad traveled to Tulsa for business. Conveniently, he had a connection at DFW AND enough time for Evie and I to stop by for a quick visit. Monday, I brought him a cheeseburger from Deliman's Grill. Then we spent about an hour chasing Evie around the airport. Almost every minute, Evie wanted to be held by Grand-daddy. On his way back to Tampa, I was able to leave work early and we actually left the airport. We had enough time to walk around Grapevine Mills and get gelato. It was so nice to see Grand-daddy, but so hard to have such a quick visit. Even though it was quick, it better than nothing!
