Eleven Months

Our sweet baby sister is almost ONE! This is technically the "eleven month" post. She is turning into a little toddler. She eats three meals a day. When we say, time to eat, she scoots to her booster seat. We are pretty sure she can say, "No". She says this when we try to give her a sippy cup and she doesn't want anything to drink, she'll say, "no" and push the cup away. She is getting walking down. Sometimes she will walk up to two or three feet across a room. Although, her preferred method is to walk on her knees. She gets around quite well this way. As far as sleeping goes, she takes at least one long nap and maybe a short one later in the afternoon. She likes to sleep in her swing. Over the summer I will try to get her to sleep in the crib. She has not slept through the night yet. I have talked to some friends, and to my relief, some of their kids didm't sleep through the night either. I look forward to that day when she sleeps from 7pm to 7am! Despite her finicky sleep habits, we love her to pieces! She is so fun, and we love her persistence and determination!
